Warranties

At Sculptural Design, we are proud to service what we sell. As such, all of our products receive a full one-year warranty for any structural and installation defects.

Warranty Coverage

Our warranty DOES COVER repair or replacement at our discretion for:

• Lifting, peeling, or fading
• Any atypical deterioration of the concrete sealer

Our warranty DOES NOT COVER characteristics that are integral to concrete including:

• Surface variation
• Hairline cracks
• Pinholes
• Long-term change in colour
• Colour variation
• Damage to concrete or sealer as a result of abnormal usage or improper maintenance including:
  1. Chipping or breaking of concrete
  2. Scratches and damage to sealer

While most minor damage can be repaired. With proper care and handling you can avoid damage all together to best ensure the longevity and durability of your architectural concrete product.

Note: If you notice light scratching or other imperfections on your product, these can often be buffed out with a fresh application of wax. If you have more extensive damage to your product, please contact us so that we can assess the level of damage and determine a course of action for product repair.

Non-Warranty Repairs are Available at an Hourly Rate.
